Hacking Acekard 2 cheats

I just got my Acekard 2 from DX and I'm wondering how to add cheats (or use) in a game? Are we suppose to edit the XML in the cheats folder?...are there XML cheats available to for download online? I tried searching thru Google but not much info on Acekard out there...

The ak2 can use cheats in either XML (CycloDS) or .dat (R4) format.

If you're looking for a precompiled cheat database, this is what you want:

the official AK2 firmware does not recognize the cheats.dat file.. it only recognizes the cheats.xml file.. but with the bliss firmware, it recognizes both.. what's up with that?

correct me if im wrong, but that's what i have experienced with the latest ak2 official firmware..
