What's the game icon have you got?
ACE3DS is just a clone of dstti.
Therefore, this game can also be uesed as the bootloader for dstti.

I have not tested personally because I only have the plus version, but I found a video on youtube (here) with the update. At 2:10 in the video it shows the updated icon and it appears to be Itadaki Street DS. Hope this helps!
