I was transferring games between 2 dsi SD cards when I accidentally installed the cards in the opposite systems. I quickly switched them over but now one of my DSi no longer reads its own SD card keeps telling me the SD card Is write locked even though it is not and even when i put in my back up SD card in it just shows the unlaunch menu with no options any advice would be appreciated.

Could be contact issues inside the SD reader.
The tiny switches getting pushed aside with a write unlocked SD can go bad. You could try putting tape on the SD covering the complete part where the write lock slider is. Sometimes this helps.

Prefer full-sized SD over micro SD in adapter to rule out another possible connection problem. At least try multiple adapters if using µSD.

For the case your DSi will not read/write any SD consider replacing the reader (flex cable assembly with (R) button, (L) button and SD reader)

Good luck!

Try with a different sd card adapter, and make sure the slider is in the "unlocked" position.
