Homebrew Accidentally uninstalled twilight menu on 3ds

I was trying to delete some unused ds games I downloaded on my 3ds, and me being stupid thought that I could delete these games by accessing the TWLFix CFW edition on the homebrew launcher and accidentally deleted the TWL applications. I don't know how to restore them. Please help.

Go to system settings, do a system update from there. it will restore the twl items that was gotten rid of.

For the record, TWiLight Menu is a completely separate app from the titles that are affected by TWLFix. Your subject line is kind of confusing.
