Usually over three to five days how How long does it take to arrive in Italy?

about 1 week
express is really not worth it, and is a waste of money
it'll only be worth it if it's delivered in 2-3 days as promised

five weeks is the extreme and it's rare, usually it would take 1~3 weeks max
