What I dont understand however, is Pokemon Revolution Online
The guy who made it even get money from it
Why isnt it shut down?
I wont get money from my game... so... thats my question...

As Flame said why not make your own game and assets from scratch (or find some free to use ones)? If you do that you can share it wherever you like.

Never heard of pokemon revolution online. Just had a look. No idea why they have not been smacked down yet, and actually quite surprising that they have not. Guess Nintendo's legal types are slipping.

Money might make lawyers perk up, and your life harder should you end up talking to a judge, but in and of itself it does not mean a lot. Public sharing and exhibition tends to be the phrase/legal standard.

Nintendo doesn't just make an account here, make their 10 posts then send you a pm saying "hey pls stop thx"

They send Costello a cease and desist, or even somewhat more troublesome, serve him a DMCA takedown notice.

I wouldn't GBATemp "may have been" a warez site but they cleaned up their image if i may suggest another site Pokecommunity does a lot of fan games (sorry for promoting another site, just giving the guy another alternative)
