Acekard 2.1+ is the one with the black pcb.

Green pcb acekard is still acekard2.1...

If u rly want the black pcb acekard pay more and get it at the other place.





I finally got the tracking number.(waited 6days to get it)

But its kinda useless.

They shipped my item on 11/12/08 and today is 11/20/08 and it's still not in the U.S

That was kind of disappointing but they said they would track my item and give me the info.

Also,These guys can reply!!!

The fastet reply i saw was less than 5minutes.

Well except the fact they dont send from U.S anymore, Leetmod.com is my recommended site to buy flashcarts(That's if they ship from U.S)

I was under the impression that all the Acekard 2's came in a glossy box and had black pcb now a days??
 
If you want to buy a reliable flashcart, and cheap, I would suggest dstt.
Or, add some money and go for the EDGE.
If you want acekard, pay more and get it...
 
Why pay more? The Acekard 2 is much nicer than the DSTT (which doesn't even sort games in the menu, nor does it display folders).

Dealextreme sells the black PCB, and it's only a few dollars more than the DSTT and cheaper than the Edge. Sure, they occasionally slip in a green one if they're trying to get rid of old stock, but I'm pretty sure their old stock is sold out since they're waiting for a new shipment right now.

Leetmod.com does have good customer service, replies to e-mail quickly, and they speak/write English, but given that their shipping is no longer much faster than dealextreme.com and they're more expensive, I'd still buy from dealextreme.

By the way, I have one of the original green PCB's and it has been working just fine for almost a year. There were a couple of bad batches of the green PCB's where the cold solder wasn't done correctly, but they actually corrected that problem and improved quality control, so even if you get a green PCB chances are it's just fine. The black PCB's were redesigned to avoid the soldering problem altogether.

Damn, I'm in IL. I think it's gonna take the same time. Oh well, gotta pay more just to get it faster...

I know. I'm Mexican, but I live in IL. I like to have the Mexican one because this is the first forum I've seen that option and looks pretty cool!

Wow it's been 9 business days (11 normal days) from the shipped date and it's not even at U.S!!!
And i cant even go to hongkongpost to track my order.
I have to go to espeedpost and they sucks!!!
I just can't believe this.
 
It's been about 11days from the shipped date and my order is still not in U.S.
I replied them why its not at U.S yet and also why cant i track my number at Hk post and they said
go on to espeedpost.com and track my order. But they dont have not enough information!!!
I then e-mailed to leetmod.com Why its not even at U.S and they didnt replied in a day(they usually replied in at least 5hrs)
This time, I truly regret buying from leetmod.com.
If you want to buy a flashcart, choose your own site to buy a flashcart.
 
I don't think it's a coincidence that I got my shipment from leetmod.com in 2 days when they were shipping from the U.S. and hyun is 11 days out and counting now that they're shipping from China.

I just received my acekard2.
It was working fine but there was fat error and fat error is gone now and there is loading but cant go to the menu...
 
Yes the pcb is black and now the problem is solved.
My friend who has M3 Real ds was impressed by my acekard.
It had great soft reset and really fast loading speed.Also my friend who had dstt was impressed too.
 
I just read this topic after I bought an R4DS from them. Thier products are legit and 100% authentic right ?
 
I am brand-new to GBATemp, but I was looking to make a purchase (that I already made from leetmod) and I found this web-site for reviews of the different places. Any ways, I just wanted to mention that I purchased an EDGE cart from them just late yesterday afternoon, and I have already gotten confirmation that it is processed and shipping via USPS from within the US. It sounds like Hyun had an unfortunate experience. So, I can only surmise that they must have to only ship certain items from Hong Kong and others can be shipped from within the US. Hope this helps with anyone trying to make an evaluation on where to buy from.
