I have the same problem but I can't go anywhere exept the settings.

I have the same Problem.
I can hold Select to get into the settings
pressing start leads into the mentioned error
just turning on the console leads into an error

I did everything that was on the site, and do not know where the problem is.
I could even upload and share the content of my sd card, if that helps.

I would really appreciate your help..

Use a different SD card and double check your payload files.

I have just the same problem as you and i have too already tried every solution yet failed
Feel like a special snowflake right now, so sad

Fixed with nandmin.bin backup!

god the failed ctrnand, restored my 11.2 nand and voila
scared me a bit on this brand new n3ds xl
