I've never seen this posted before, so I thought I would make a thread about it.

If you have blank internet settings in sysNand, and then configure the internet in emuNand, the settings will carry over. I noticed this while setting up a N3DS, but it also applies on the O3DS. This is true even if nands are unlinked. Before setting up internet on emuNand, make sure you have fake Wi-Fi connections on sysNand so it can't overwrite.

Does this also apply if you go into ds mode or ds mode settings in system settings and set a internet connection for nintendo ds games? How would you go about setting up a fake connection?

DS Wi-Fi is completely separate. To make fake connections, go to manual setup and type in null for router name with no password.

Yep.

When I made fake connections on sysnand they overwrote the empty slots on emunand besides the real connection I already set up. Very odd how it all works.
