I've never seen this posted before, so I thought I would make a thread about it.

If you have blank internet settings in sysNand, and then configure the internet in emuNand, the settings will carry over. I noticed this while setting up a N3DS, but it also applies on the O3DS. This is true even if nands are unlinked. Before setting up internet on emuNand, make sure you have fake Wi-Fi connections on sysNand so it can't overwrite.

    My Nintendo works for Dad
I noticed that too. If you set up a connection in sysnand or emunand it will also show up in emunand or sysnand respectively if the slot there is empty. However, you can delete the setting from one nand without it being deleted on the other.

Does this also apply if you go into ds mode or ds mode settings in system settings and set a internet connection for nintendo ds games? How would you go about setting up a fake connection?

DS Wi-Fi is completely separate. To make fake connections, go to manual setup and type in null for router name with no password.

    Yep.

When I made fake connections on sysnand they overwrote the empty slots on emunand besides the real connection I already set up. Very odd how it all works.
