I would argue it would only be worth your time if you were watching those episodes over-and-over, and you wanted the videos to take up space on the homescreen (with the 300 title limit.) Also, I would posit that it's a good idea to test out your converted moflex files with the "3d video viewer" app before converting/installing them as cia. But I don't disparage those who want to do that, it's just not as efficient
