I had a very important question about the Cyclo products that is highly revelant to my interests and knowledge.

What is the difference between the:

CycloDS Evolution,
CycloDS MiniSD
&
CycloDS MicroSD?

The descriptions given at their site is a little wierd to me, even though I'm familiar to the technological terms. So can anyone care to describe each one in detail? Explain to me what is the difference between the 3? And which one is recommended to get?

If it helps, I own the original DS (AKA: DS phat)

Thank you

The Evolution is a slot 1 flashcart, and the microSD and miniSD are slot 2 flashcarts (slot 1 takes DS games, slot 2 takes GBA games). The Evolution is one of the best (and most expensive) flashcarts available. The micro and mini are just unsupported supercard clones. Avoid them like the plague.

I know this post would count for the GBA section but just a quickie: What GBA flash card would you suggest? Are other 3rd party GBA flash cards capable working in conjunction with cyclo evolution?

Many would suggest one of the 3in1 solutions, but I don't like sharing my slot1's memory for loading GBA games into the slot2 card. I suggest the M3 Perfect as the ultimate slot2 card. I have the Supercard miniSD, but I wish I would have bought the M3....the SCminiSD slows down in many GBA games.

The EZ-Flash 3-in-1 expansion pack is by far the simplest way to add GBA support to the Evolution. The recent versions of the Evo support it directly and SRAM patch the GBA games automatically; all you have to do to run a GBA game with that combo is unzip it, drop it on the memory card, and run it.
