Hacking A request for an application

I have tried compiling Mike Tysons Jungle Beat twice, and both times when I load it the screen goes weird with a colour chart on it.
Could somebody please compile it for me?

Have you double checked your punch out rom?

Yes, it does work. I have tried 2 different roms and they both give me the same problem.
