The inability to assign a drive letter might occur if there were no partitions at all and it was using the drive itself raw, not sure, but I'm glad you guys got that sorted

already used the drive in windows before so already had a drive letter

So, basically this is what I have to do:
1.Format my partition via the USB Loader on the Wii
2. plug it into my pc and.... assign it a letter, right?
3. With this tool, find it and add the iso of my choice
4. plug it back into the wii, run USB Loader and it should show up there?
I'm at work, that's why I'm asking - I can't get to my wii for a few hours.

Thanks for the source code.

One thing I feel I ought to mention... the EXE contains the Wii common key embedded in it, you might get 'issues' on some sites.
