Homebrew A Question Regarding Themes and Music

So, I'm trying to convert a piece of music that I like for a theme using the converter here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-brstm-bcstm-conversion-tool-beta.378702/ . The conversion works, or at least I think it does. It does, after all, convert my song to a BRSTM, and then into a BCSTM. When I try previewing it using Usagi theme editor, I do not get any sound. The original file is under the 3.3 MB limit, and it's less than 1:30. It's also renamed to bgm.bcstm, for anyone who's wondering. Does anybody know why this happens, and if there's a way I can fix it?

if it works on ur 3ds then its fine. prob usagi just fuckin up

According to Step 8 of https://www.reddit.com/r/3DSThemeSwap/comments/4rf5q7/theme_creation_and_application_tutorial/, you need to download a program and a file to preview BCSTMs on your computer. It isn't needed to create or apply the actual theme, though. It's just for previewing.

Sorry for not replying in so long, I just tested out my theme. I don't get my music, instead I get this god-awful buzzing sound. Anybody got a solution to this?
