when i loaded my bgm.bcstm file in kame editor, i heard a staticy version of the audio clip i used.
-first i converted a 16-bit wav file to brstm using looping audio converter, then converted that to bcstm using BRSTM2BCSTM
-the file is only 2 mb and the max is 3.3
-i can hear the original audio, its just extremely distorted
apparently it was an issue with looping audio converter, i used this tool instead and it sounds fine now. just putting this here in case anyone else had a similar problem
