Hacking A minor bug in preloader 0.29

Just an information for everyone to try new hack values in preloader 0.29. The hacks.ini must end with new line character, otherwise the last offset/value won't take effect.

I usually try new hack values by appending them in end of the hacks.ini file without adding extra new line by pressing key. It always fails in such condition. If you try and fail for new hack values that others said OK, you may check this.

it's not really a bug, it's a very common thing to add one empty line at the end .inis and such files
