I would like to know if anyone knew a great tutorial to explain the fair-rom Hack for Pokemon Platinum and DP please.

PS: I also know a tutorial or software to translate games into any language.

GBAtemp has a section specifically called "ROM hacking and translation".

not romhacking, but ROMS.

romhacking's fine as long as you post a patch to your hack, rather than put a link to a patched/hacked rom.

romhacking.net/start contains the basic of rom hacking. You can't just jump to pokemon rom hacking, even pokemon rom hacking got to start from the basic. The site also suggesting some programs related to rom hacking. If you want to hack pokemon instantly, PM some people who had hacked pokemon, they might give you private lesson (but I doubt it).
