A good free hosting site that can host *.PHP files?

Title says, I want to experiment with PHP and HTML files so I can make a small Legacy chat room that can run on a multidute of devices.
Do not recommend this site to me https://nl.000webhost.com/, I tried it and it's so bad I gave up after 3 hours because the files wouldn't upload, files we're missing, file size decreased, errors, site wasn't working, deleted my account.

Honestly every free webhost isn't going to be great, you can't easily get something for nothing after all.

Allright, I don't give x10hosting a change because infinityfree works fine and I got everything on it without any problems.
However, now I tackled with this issue:
