Yes, however the one public right now does too
Yeah, I read that, I know there is no risk in the method use in 8GB WiiU, but I will wait for a end-users solution. Hardware are so much expensive in my country (not much as brazil, but still)

you stated yourself that you're not involved with their work , so how do you know :P
cause this was when TiniVi and I agreed to not release the original stuff and work with them for a full release several months ago before they stopped posting publicly and I was still in the Skype group, and now y'all have caught up to our original work so gg wait for them to do their thing

I'd assume so. I haven't looked into tickets yet. If you find out, report back?
Doing it rn

I think the tickets can be blank yea, if not there is a python script on the wiiubru forums you can use to generate one.
I've had that sitting in my WiiU folder for months now:P

So, if we have a 8GB NAND, is it possible to use smaller SD Cards, like 32GB? Or should I wait until SALT's dumper?
At the moment, the dumper we're using doesn't really work with 8GB consoles due to some offsets being hardcoded.
Someone's currently working on a dumper (which might be done soon?) that might work on 8GB consoles, and should also be more stable than the current one we have.

FWIW, I was messing with this last night and I got 5 good dumps from 5 tries. I appreciate some people have tried unsuccessfully 10+ times but I can only vouch from my own experience that it seemed pretty reliable to me. I'm betting since the main variable is the SD card itself, that there is some connection between getting a good dump and the quality of SD card.

randomness will always result in at least one consistent set of data

We're talking about a very big amount of data. If you grasp the basics of statistics, there's nothing random about getting 5 good dumps out of 5 tries. As the user said, this is probably related to the SD card and possible write errors.

Hey Guys,

someone explained me how to get a EmuNAND/redNAND to work on WiiU but it doesn't work really well.
I used a fw.img to dump the NAND of my WiiU like on the Screenshot
nandundsfk76.jpg

After around an hour I got this error message: "GURU MEDITATION ERROR (data abort) 11C3B558"
thisxhzuq.jpg

I've a black WiiU (5.5.1, EUR, 32GB).

I used a SanDisk Ultra 64GB SD Card (Class 10)
SANDISK-Ultra%C2%AE--64-GB

Formatted like my mate told me: "create a 22GB FAT32 primary partition (cluster size should be 64kb) at the front of your SD card. The rest of the space should be unallocated."

Is there a way to get a RedNAND/EmuNAND to work on my SD Card?

When I worked for Dell we had access to data about military contracts and addresses for high ranking people.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
In the end that call ended up costing Dell millions in lost contracts with Raytheon, and really the issue could have been solved for like 450 bucks lol

sometimes I wonder why anyone would ever buy mega man x legacy collection 2
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I always thought that capcom shuffled the games in these collection, but apparently they are all in chronological order, which makes legacy collection 2 worthless
