A couple of Adrenaline questions

Hi, I realize these are not important questions, but I was wondering:

1 - Where are system settings stored? I mean, the typical changes I can make on the official PSP settings menu. I mainly want to know this for a Vita setup, but I'm also curious to know where would it be on an original PSP.
2 - Is there a way to make Adrenaline/PSP/XMB menu to auto select "memory stick" on the games section by default when launching Adrenaline, instead of "save game tool"? It's a little thing but it's driving me crazy!
