i have an o3ds on 9.9 and browserhax and smashhax doest seem to work. because of the update nag and the fact that my 3ds is a o3ds. what do i do?

Get a Cubic Ninja or OoT with the modified save.

Oot3D is $30 but you need an Powersaves

in other hand, Cubic Ninja is $70-100

Afaik you can only use Smash with the New 3DS.

I have no idea about the prices, but you can check it on eBay. Remember that to use OoT you have to set it up on a 3DS that already has a hax or with a power save.
Sky 3DS also works.
