Gaming 80029519 error in PSN Store?

I'm trying to download Bionic Commando Rearmed 2, which I just paid for, and I'm getting an 80029519 error code. I Googled it, and it seems this error code is more for homebrew and backup loaders. Sony doesn't have an official reason listed for this code. What could be wrong? Is there a problem on the PSN, or does BCR2 detect firmware version before install? Is there a way for me to access the PKG and get the game that way since I paid for it?

That is odd... I can confirm that error code is for installing homebrew and backup loaders.

I am currently on Kmeaw 3.55 CFW and I was successful in downloading Killzone 3 Beta so not so sure what's up.

I covertly sent PSN a support request about it. (Used my spam account e-mail and said my son tried to download it.) No idea what answer I'll get, but we'll find out.
