7th Dragon first screen (blurry)

A few days ago, a new SEGA RPG called "7th Dragon" was in the works. Currently, no information or anything is known besides that it is supposed to be at TGS next month. But today, one lone and blurry screenshot was leaked out. But good luck assessing this one:

For what is able to be seen, it looks to be in 2d (or at least the sprites are) and colorful.
