ROM Hack RELEASE 60 FPS Cheats for NSwitch

Hey everyone, is a Switch absolutely necessary to use cheats like this? I play on an emulator, and there's a game I'd like to run at 60 fps. I managed to achieve a few important things, but the animations always run at 2x speed, and I have no idea how to fix it.

I discovered other things—like how to configure the timing and such—but I'm still having trouble with the animations. In the Wii U version, this was achieved by changing just a single value, but in this case, I haven't the faintest idea.

Well, you can do this, the problem is that there are animations that move based on frames, to be exact the camera.

I added FPSLocker patch for it. But since it's another Aspyr published port of old game, of course they needed to add something nice.

Game locks to unstable 59 FPS max when choosing 60 FPS target. If you will try to remove that lock, you get image tearing. So have fun at 59 FPS.

Better at 59fps now, than 30 FPS before thank you for the cheat
