Hardware 3ds wants system update (offline)

Hello,

I have my 3ds hacked on ver. 11.1.0-34E. Everytime I turn on my 3ds it wants to do a system update (Notification) i press decline. How can I block the System Update notification? It says no internet connection needed...

well you can use dns blocking (Makes it so you cant play games online) or if you have admin access to your modem you could block the update servers there (though this also blocks eshop access)

If you have boot9strap, you are safe to update to the latest version. You could go into FBI and delete the pending titles, which is the system update files. You are getting the notification because your system has already downloaded the system update files needed, therefore it no longer needs the internet to install the update.
