Indeed...Why can't I keep my 3ds at 9.9 (I prefer the number nine to the number ten) and still have access to Pokebank for the hundred or so days I have left? In what way do I hurt Nintendo by playing moded versions of games i own or if i buy the US version of Super Mystery Dungeon instead of waiting for the European release date?

It's as if Nintendo wants us to pirate just as a way to spite them for their dedication in blocking homebrew access and access to online features on passed firmwares...

Let's face it, Nintendo has entered the digital age. Took them long enough, but the days where Nintendo doesn't do a thing about homebrew have passed. But they'll give up eventually, and we'll win the fight in the long run.

Even still, it's not like there's any other console out right now that's easier to hack.

Yup, really pissed that Pokemon Bank access is broken, because that's where I kept the majority of all my Pokemon over past games. I have no idea what my options are now on a O3DS 4.5 Sysnand & 9.8 Emunand.

..Just update your emuNAND to 10.3? It should be safe on O3DS.

I'm glad I got my pokemon off bank when I did. Although I have CN, so I can just update and the only thing I'd lose is menuhax.

Update your emunand to 10.2.0-28 if you use GW. If you use rxtools update to 10.3.0-28.

eShop seems to be blocked for me unfortunately. It nags me to update the system while trying to sign in.

New 3DS running at 9.9.0. This is my only 3DS and it's linked up to my NNID.

Yep, if you have a NNID linked and your NVer is lower than -28 you will not be able to access anything that uses the NNID.

At the moment you need CFW/kernel access to get back in. So yes it's possible to fix it, but will a fix come from smea and crew? Who knows.
