Not anymore now you're on 11.0. You need a hardmod/DSiWare. There's no other way.

You should have asked first. Anything on 1.0-10.7 is easily hackable for CFW. On 11.0 you need another previously hacked console and pay some money, or a hardmod. Now you know. Sorry.

DSi Enhanced games don't have NAND access like DSiWare does, so it wouldn't work.

If you are confident with your soldering skills, then go ahead. A bricked 3ds is worse than an updated one.
