Hacking 3DS Title Counter?

Hello, This is my first post.

I've noticed threads with after installing over 300 titles, users would have home screen/title issues. This has happened to me recently.
Though this is a pretty easy fix, is there an app that basically shows how many titles are actually installed??
I feel like this would great to prevent issues with this for moving forward.
