Hacking 3ds sysNAND 9.4

Hi i was thinking about if is a good idea to update a 3ds i have in 9.4 (I dont remember the other Numbers, but is the same i believe).

What i want to know if is recommend to update or wait for a future posible exploit in that sysNAND?

Because of tuve hax other things i cant ever do, i have another 3ds with CFW And those things

Get a hard mod and backup your nand then update to 9.9
