Hacking 3ds stuck on 2.1

so i got a kiosk console and i want to format it but there is parental lock https://mkey.salthax.org/ but site is not working with a kiosk console so what should i try im sure i cant call nintendo because its a demo console

Why don't you try to call them? What's the worse they could do, say no?

Or you could take the inquiry number and feed it into this if possible (since it's < 7.0)

well i played with it i learnt shops name from pictures

well i called them they gave me a master key but it was not working

version is 2.1.7-0E

i got a ds flashcart a gateway and a sky3ds

tried recovery mode stil wants pin

i tried some store names in my country for secret question

user name of console is nintendo and date birth is 01/01

it came with super mario 3d land demo so it was a old kiosk model

it was damaged and there was some sticker pieces on it maybe it was stolen

there are some photos in it first photo on 27/06 2011 last photo on 19/11 2011

activity log :

average time played : 3:58

first played on 22/11/2011

looks like they used pilotwings demo on it too

there are some missing icons between games at activity log

got some french and english spotpass messages

there is no drawing

3ds service user agreement is not accepted yet

If you can"t get it after all with the mkey generator, you"ll need to contact Nintendo only don"t tell them that is a demo console., you can also ty the Parental Control PIN Reset tool of Nintendo that costs $0.50 but I don"t know if it will work to your Firmware (that"s curiosly since I never seen a 2.1.7-X only 2.1.0-X) and I don"t think there"s one for Europe, so you should call or send an email to Nintendo Support.

somehow i tried over and over and it got unlocked and i finally installed a9lh

btw if i remove my sd card then try to power on 3ds is going crazy XD its a demo unit so i cant play it without charger and whenever i try to close it its just booting again

tl;dr remove sd try to open 3ds = color show

Hehehe, well ayways since it"s a Demo Unit is very interesting anyways even with it limitations.

Did you atleast make a backup of the 2.1 nand before you did much? would be interesting to see if it had any deleted titles on it.

Yes, it will be interesting to see at it and also even 2.1.7-0E weren"t launched in CDN so it will be interesting and adding that it is a Demo Unit it"s possible that it maybe had more things in it.

there was nothing special i tried every button combination while booting i tried everything im sure there were some special apps on it but sd card was formatted only diffrence is eshop was missing
