Hacking 3ds stolen, Gateway loader on different flashcards?

So I had my 3ds xl and my gateway and have been playing games and all, but to make a long story short, my 3ds got stolen and had the blue gateway card in it when taken. Thankfully it was the blue card so I still have my real gateway card. So I picked up a new 3ds xl this past weekend since BB had the 169 deal. So now my dilemma is I need a card to run the loader off of that is not the gatway blue card. I am contemplating the DSTWO but don't know if the loader will run from it, also thinking about picking up a r4i gold but same question about the loader. I was wondering if anybody who has either of these units and a gateway could try running the gateway loader from either of these cards before I make my purchase. I just checked and my DSTwo works fine.

What firmware is your new 3DS on, you do realize it has to be on 4.5 or below to work with your Gateway cartridge. If you have just bought it in a normal retail store, it's very unlikely to have 4.5 or below on.

The Gateway loader will work on any contemporary DS flashcart, no worries.

If you mean the Gateway Installer (GW_INSTALLER.NDS), yes, you can run it with the DSTWO.

Yeah, I thought it was a pretty weak move too. But I guess that's the world we live in these days, the thing that erks me the most about getting stuff stolen is that the police very rarely if ever find the thieves, not because they can't, but because they just don't care because it is not their stuff,I even have a good friend in law enforcement and he told me this! Oh well I am just thankful they didn't get my real gateway cartridge and that I can still use it.
