3DS Screen Flickering

I just got this dual ips n3ds and my bottom screen keeps flicker for a few seconds after being powered on. After like 30 seconds the flickering completely stops. When I play games there is no flickering whatsoever. I tried booting it up with no SD card inserted and there is no flickering at all, so I believe it isn’t a hardware issue. BTW my n3ds is modded.

Okay I just disabled splash screen and it fixed the flickering problem, however I want the splash screens on but I do not want it to flicker
