No. There is no 3DS roms. I highly doubt there will be for a while.

I understand where you're going.

The 3DS is really coming out in 2 days... But we don't have the tools to dump the ROMs, let alone extract them easily yet. It's not gonna be as simple as the DS.

That, and the fact that we have no access to the games. 3DS game leaks would probably be in breaking news.
