i got an O3DS -US, buy straight from shop with box ( not converted or anything) using Gateway 11.2U and play US or RF CIA games, i remember it work fine before but a few month ago, probably after update to v11, sometime my games just show japanese ( even though they are all English) when it disconnect, when receive new mystery gift,etc When it show game description in FBI ,etc It didnt bother me that much since most of the time, it still show as English.
Not til recently when i play pkm Sun/Moon, all the pokemon i caught have their 3ds Region show as Japan, even in my trainer data, i change them back using Pkhex but it still the same, so its pretty annoying now.
