Hardware 3DS Outer Camera Light not working

Hey guys i'm a newbie here..just recently bought a 2nd hand 3DS when i tried the cameras then switched it to the outer one the light is not turning on..how can i fix it?..anyone?..

(just bugs me that my 3DS has a defect)

thought the light was only on for video and when you press the button to take a photo briefly

Tried that but it's really not working..someone told me that its supposed to light as purple when its on..

Yeah, it's supposed to turn on when the camera is in use. It doesn't matter that it's broken though, it's only used to indicate to others they may be being filmed.

Op same happen to my 3ds the light is not working anymore is no big deal the light haves no use and now i can take underwear pics without they knowing the camera is on

Apart from the loud shutter sound when you actually try taking a picture.

Maybe he destroyed the speakers too..xD
