Hacking 3DS Nus not working

When I try to download 9.4.0-21 U from 3DS Nus it gets stuck on Downloading File 1 been like that all day and on all my computers. Anyway to fix it or find a place where I can download the CIA's of 9.4.0-21 U?

A quick search in this forum and you would know that Nintendo removed the old files from nus. Download them from that iso site
