Hacking 3DS Not running CIA

I already have a working firmware.bin in rei. I use ReiNand as my emuNand CFW. But NTR gives me this error:

Can you answer my question please? I have rxTools emuNAND on 10.7, will NTR work or do I have to downgrade my emunand to 9.2?

Sorry, i don't use rxtool, so i don't know... But with AuReiNand, it works........

I don't really know if it is USA or Japanese. The name of the CIA says it is Japan, but the actual application is in English.

Both of the CIA files said Japan on them, but I think it is the USA version.

Yeah. I had to dig really deep in the internet to find a USA CIA file for Flipnote Studio 3D. The only version I could find on that one ISO site was a JAP version, so I had to download one from some dudes blog (it was in Spanish).

I believe rxTools uses too new FIRM to work with NTR-CFW.
