Homebrew 3ds help with stack dump error modded 3ds xl ll

I have an error after trying to fix my 3ds after someone deleted all my luma files in the Luna menu or godmode menu and ihave the dump file which says sd;/luma/dumps/arm9/crash_dump_00000001.dmp and im getting injection failed whrn trying to use decyrpt9 and i tried ctrtransfer too and got error dbs ticket cannot open destination file

Just to be clear, does anything different happen if you try to turn on your 3DS without an SD card inserted?

Can you boot into Safe Mode and run an update there?
