Homebrew 3ds hack?

Hello all.

Just bought a 3ds with a low ofw (3.0.0-6.e). Is there a way to hack it with no game?
I think I read somewhere I need to use the internet browser?
If so. Could someone provide a guide for me please?

You could update now to 10.3 and then downgrade to 9.2 without games. Visit the flashcard and cfw forum and you could find more answers.

Yes and downgrade to 9.2 from there.

You can still update to 10.3 and get homebrew and then downgrade to 9.2 if you want to, but make your decision quick cuz there's maybe an update coming.

The R4iTT is a DS mode flashcart. to get it working again you'll need to do something called a card whitelisting AFTER you've done the downgrade.
