You know man, I am a programmer, Foxi and Pro2man are programmers too.
Would you question a doctor's diagnostic?
Probably no, because he have spent his life studying about that.

But let's suppose you do,
if you want a second professional opinion,
and after seeing a new doctor's with same diagnostic you're still not convinced,
If you see a third doctor, and he gives you the same diagnostic,
do you still think this diagnostic is wrong?

That's basically the same case.
thats great! im gonna start college for the same thing too soon. to be blunt, all i care about is this new information. personally, idgaf about AR right now or how 3ds reads carts because no one here is working on anything. did i hit the nail on the head yet?

Dr Pikachu I just created this account to explain where you are getting confused.

To run a save exploit you don't need to read anything from the SD.

You get the cartridge. Extract the save data, edit it, put it back on the cartridge and it's done! All from the cartridge. Then with the exploit maybe you can do whatever you want without the need of the cartridge anymore. MAYBE.

So that's why doesn't matter where the save come from if you can edit it and put it back. It will be read.

----

I come to gbatemp a long time, since i bought my DS Lite, but never felt the need to creat an account... Now I just did.

They seem to think that due to their education they're automatically right. They're not the only programmers here either. That was the point in my previous post.
just let them have it. anyone who needs this info will find it themselves, regardless the outcome of this debate, which will never finish because a mod will lock when they see this. that goes without saying. why do you guys need a mod to force you? i feel bad for them

I just find it sad that they're led to go by assumptions and that post count actually regulates intelligence. That and they can't specify where in their source their argument is right.

This is one topic that went way offtrack. It wasn't because someone threw the proverbial penny on the track, it was because someone placed the proverbial pickup truck on there instead. In all seriousness, I can't wait for region-locking to be removed as it was on the Wii. I don't care if the real reason was to "control" sales in a certain reason, its sole purpose was to piss off people who live outside Japan and can't get games that don't get released elsewhere. That, and it's a form of unjust DRM...oh, wait, they're synonymous. Can't wait for emulators, too.

You should find out from the mod dev how to uninstall it. Every mod is different on how you install/uninstall.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@The Real Jdbye Wouldn't that take out bunch other stuff also?
  • D @ dadadad:
Is it safe to delete the entire atmosphere folder? I don't remember what else was there, like edizon and tesla menu are installed through atmosphere, is it not a problem, will I not damage the system? There were too many mods, I won’t be able to contact each one, nothing was said about deleting in the description.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
