I haven't really kept up with updates but is there a 3ds flashcart that is like the old ds ones?
One that can have many games stored onto it and you can select which one to play while on your handheld.
Or are all flashcarts still only able to have one game stored on it and you have to switch files out to play another game.

do you think there will be any update soon that will allow any of the flashcarts to work on versions above 4.5?
I am having a hard time finding an old enough ds that has not been updated.

Nope, not anytime soon, Still on the shelves here everywhere, always seem to be 4.4, bar the le bundles

Well I was looking on ebay......only problem is I cannot tell if it will be 4.5 or earlier.

It says the upc is 045496780586 but that could of just been randomly placed for the item info.

"IF" the rumor that smea has an exploit for 5.x and 6.x is true, its a possibility that the flashcard launcher could me made to use the new exploit.....this all depends on smealum's twitter questions being hints rather than just random questions, he could just be trolling people .

but even if it is true and he has an exploit for 6.x it still also depends on him releasing any details, which smealum isn't a big fan of doing, especially if he thought it would be used to enable flash cards on 6.x,

basically it "might" happen but don't make any bets, just try harder to find a 4.x console

The problem is that the seller is a large company which is selling off a lot of used 3DS XL models.
So they could say it's an older model but they could give me a different one.
I guess I could try my luck and send it back if it's too new.

look for a individual selling if you don't mind getting a second hand console, they are more likely to help and take the effort to check, to narrow the field down just look for consoles without the miiverse icon then ask the seller to check and instruct them not to run any updates as you need it specifically on 4.x

means you will be sure you will be getting 4.x and won't be out of pocket on return postage etc

nobody else has been bricked with MT, but there is no 100% guaretee when you enter the realms of hacking your console.......that being said it appears unlikely

Did you alredy tested the mt firmware like you did it with 2.b2?

gave it a quick test, tried editing the launcher file as well, just in case they had left the brick code in but made it accept their launcher as valid.....nothing really happened, but as i have said previously i cant 100% guarantee anything

ok thanks i think i will switch my 2.b2 launcher to mt-card launcher because in my emunand i alredy have pokemon x and y i hope nothing happens

Can the MT-Card also play old DS games on the 3DS XL?
And does anyone know how reliable the providers of the MT-Card are?
Does it seem like they will continue to support their product in the future and not just completely drop it for something else.
