I'd reccomend the DSTWO or if you're willing to wait, the DSTWO+. If you don't have enough money, the one from r4ids.cn should always do as long as you have the latest revision.

I would honestly get the R4. It is cheap and works fine. You can also watch movies and listen to music (it is also compatible with the latest 3DS and DSi firmware. http://www.nds-card.com/ProShow.asp?ProID=146

You should either get a supercard DSTWO or a r4i gold 3ds rts (r4ids.cn). The card TheSockNaster linked is shit. The DSTWO has more features (play .avi up to 640x480p, real time game guide, game speed changer and a gba/snes emulator) but the r4i gold 3ds is sufficient (plays .dpg videos, real time save). Both have great game compatibility and are compatible to the latest firmware without having to be updated.
The card TheSockNaster linked has RTS as well but it's much buggier than the r4i gold's RTS, the menu is slow as hell etc.

If you have a New3DS, it's possible to make the exploit "stick" so NDS software can be used without clearing it.
