Hacking 3ds firmware 6.2.0-0E confuson

No its useless which is what baffles me as to why people buy it. Everything the card does can be done with CFW and Retroarch.

I buy it to play gba games on my dsi xl ofcourse

6.2.0-0E --- NO BROWSER, NO MSET 4.X --- GATEWAY IS NG

You have only 2 choices:

1-1. Boot rxTools with MSET 6.X (need a DS flashcart, no Internet installation since no browser)
1-2. Inject FBI to SysNAND
1-3. Install Sysupdater with FBI
1-4. Install 9.2.0-20E CIA full pack with Sysupdater in Devmode/Pasta Mode (if not in this mode, then BRICK, BRICK, BRICK!)

2-1. Upgrade SysNAND to 9.2.0-0E (need Cooking Mama Bon Appetit etc.)
2-2. Boot HBL with *Hax 2.X (need Cubic Ninja / OoT / SSB etc., no browserhax since no browser)
2-3. Boot miniPasta in HBL -> boot HBL again -> install Devmenu/BBM/FBI.CIA with FBI.3dsx
2-4. Install Sysupdater with Dev/BBM/FBI in miniPasta
2-5. Install 9.2.0-20E CIA full pack with Sysupdater in miniPasta

You already have a DSTWO+ which is a DS flashcart... Use that instead, option 1
