Hardware 3ds demo unit

I also have 2 3DS XL demo units that I would love to convert if possible.
I updated the firmware of one from 8.1.2-16U to 9.2.0-20U and I get the same demo unit behavior as listed in previous posts.

Okay sorry to start this up again but now Im the proud owner of 11 Kiosk Units for like 5 Bucks a piece and wanted to ask if it now known how I can negate the effects ? I hope somebody found out

Do you have a normal one? If you do, have you tried to compare each one's Mobo to see it there's any hardware difference?

The only way to fix this is to replace the motherboards with retail boards, which aren't that expensive for the older models. It's such a shame this isn't like the vita henkaku dev mode hack.

I have but besides the Written T and E there is nothing different from the looks of it x.x I think its a Hardware thing as the softwarecouldnt know when it charged or not before it even started so It has to be something of the Hard ware ( And on a site note I found a nintendo 3ds Dev System in the same lot too its from 2010 and runs the dev menu when started )
