My 3DS softbricked, and I had to reinstall my CFW. I was able to do everything successfully, however I can't seem to copy my old content over. I have the title folder everything was originally in, what should I do to get everything back without having to redownload it?

Please tell us everything you did so we know what's gone on better

Sure. Before formatting, I backed up the title folder that my games/apps were in. I reformatted my microSD and reinstalled Luma3DS + b9s. Then once I was able to complete the setup, I tried copying the folders inside 32-bit string > title that hold those apps/games, but nothing shows up on the home screen.

What errors are you getting?
Have you checked to make sure your SD card is legit/not corrupted?

What CFW are you currently running?
What guide did you use to unbrick your system?
We really need a lot more information to know how to help you.

Gotcha, and sorry, meant to put that in the initial post.
It's not giving me an error. The 3DS is running fine after the CFW fresh install, just that none of my old content is showing up despite being in the right place on my microsd. I did the h2wtest. I didn't use a guide to unbrick it, I just reformatted my microSD and formatted my 3ds.
I'm using boot9strap with Luma3DS 10.0.1, and I run a new Nintendo 2DSXL.

@KishibeAntto, did you System SettingsOther SettingsFormat System Memory?
Yep, I did.
