Alright I purchased a hacked CFW new 3DS off of eBay.
When I received it was on 11.5

I know nothing about 3DS hacking scene in any way shape or form.
I have been reading up online about it a little bit.

---What I have installed on my 3DS---
1. FBI
2. HBC
3. Luma3DS
4. CIAngel
5. Godmode9

I think I am on B9S

I also was reading that you got sysnand and emunand.
When I open my system settings it says SYS x.x.x [which now is 11.6]

Do i need to be using a EmuNAND?
Or is my sysnand patched too work just fine without the need?

And I was making a backup of the SD card and I found this
010516_CW12492685_sysnand_000.bin

located in the gm9\out 'folder'

So this is when the hack was first placed on the 3ds right?
And if anything goes wrong I can use this?

Please shed some light on all of this for me please
I am confused about everything.
sysnand and emunand mainly, and if I am 100% running B9S or what.

note: Everything works fine, I got a lot of games on it that I play. I just want a better understanding

There is no reason to use an emuNAND anymore, so you're fine.

Alright thanks for the quick reply, I just didn't know and I rather ask somebody who had a clue then not!

Now can you please explain the file I found? I understand that a sysnand backup. So if anything happens and for some reason I lose the hack I can just revert back with this file right?

as @Lacius said your good to go . . . but here are some suggestions to enhance the experience

[Release] Paul's freeShop fork - open source eShop alternative (3ds piracy without a pc)
[Released] Moflex Player (3d movie player [movies are in .moflex format])
[Release]BootNTR Selector (cheats [plugin files are what you need for it])
[Release] GYTB: Custom badges made really, really ...(easily import custom badges [you can put them on folders ... for organization])
got an old flashcard ? TWL Slot-1 Launcher R4 Stage2 TWL Flashcart Launcher
and a good theme (ok so its a link to some themes i made sue me . . . please dont)

you can find more things here
Helpful 3DS homebrew threads/links! (Always updating!)

with that name i dont think thats what it is but if you want a sysnand backup then

power down the console
hold start and power on the console (you should be greeted either by godmode9 or the luma chainloader if the latter is the case select godmode9)
press home
select more . . .
select backup nand (once complete the file will be in the gm9/out folder)
copy your nand backup to your pc
you should also backup your nintendo 3ds folder at this time

Those were used on earlier firmware versions for putting cfw on the console. As you have luma and 11.5 all those you have listed can safely be deleted without any worry.
