Hardware 3DS Capture Card Issue

I figured this would be the best place to ask for help since Katsukitys support is a bit..lackluster to say the least.

Anyway I received my N3DS today and installed his viewing software and drivers to windows 10 however no matter what I do windows wants to detect my system as an unknown device therefor the viewing software wont pick it up.

Has anyone experienced anything like this or anything similar that can spread some insight?

Katsukity's N3DS Capture cards are crappy to say the least, compared to their o3DS cards. It's likely that they didn't install it correctly or it was broken right off the bat.

I've had one in the past as well as a loopy.

I just tested it with my laptop and it worked fine. So its just fighting my main PC cause I didn't disable the signature checks before installation. So it should work if I can figure out how to remove the damn driver..
