Gaming 3DS and DSi local wireless

Anyone tried this?

I have Pokemon Black and White reatil card, a 3DS and DSi. And i tried using the Xtransceiver. They does't seem to connect with each other. I tried using the IR function and it just functions just fine. I tried going wifi and it worked. The problem is just the Xtransceiver local wireless.

Make sure you aren't turning the wireless switch off and on in game.

Turn it on before starting the game.

I tried answering this twice on my phone, but I guess it didn't go through.
Are you using a flashcart? The IR receiver is in the Pokemon Black/White cartridge itself. My friends have legit copies, and I can never use the C-Gear with them for that reason.

@awssk8er... 3DS fc mate Yes I'm using original BW retail cards.
So you also can't use the C-Gear between DSi and 3DS. My theory is that BW carts are only running DS-mode on the 3DS, not on DSi-mode. I don't know XD

I want to make them work Y_Y
