bonus points to the first person banned from ssb for cheating, if they ban peach for using a legit move, im sure they have plenty of checks in place for banning people cheating...pretty sure even people using certain powersaves mods get blocked from playing online(whilst using the cheats)

If it means there's more competition in the flashcard market, then I can't see how it could possibly be a bad thing. Gateway will just have to work on other features that will make their cart unique, like GBA support.

You're the guy that called me out saying that I was trying to cheat with the gateway when I requested the gateway team to release online support for the jap version for smash for all regions... "Too bad, we don't want you cheating with the GW3DS on this game."

Lolwut?? Who cares about YT comments?

Uh.. Everything Gateway has ever done has been unique, Its the other cards who need to put in the work.

What can we do with these keys
For Users:
Decrypt and maybe romhack newer games like Smash 4.

For Flashcart industry:
Helps mt-card achieve parity with GW by being able to run 9.x emunand and play newer games. (they have to actually implement this first though o/c)

Are these public keys or private keys? If they're only public, we can't digitally sign anything, so we can't write our own homebrew that will run off the console without a new exploit. So in other words this info only helps gateway clones to catch up.

Does this mean anything for header-bound save file decryption re-encryption?

what will be next week? VedNemu installer leaked for all firnwarez? (wrong letters were on purpose).
We're not really much closer to hacking the 3DS. 7.x encryption was poised to be hacked just like 4.x encryption, and the new flashcart being speculated is using a system I suspected possible before even Gateway was released. We're still starting ALL our "hacks" through holes in signed software, all we really learned to do was how to code on the 3DS architecture.

Absolutely fantastic! That gives me hope that Persona Q, once released in the west, will be quite possible to undub.

I so agree. Why cannot Atlus understand that there are people who wants their games in the original language. Just like movies/music.

All these people thinking that just because you have a 32-character string you can mash it on the 3DS and magically code a CFW.
The wholly misleading graphic used on the front page story is at least partially responsible for this. Decrpytion keys for 7.x ROMs and an unconfirmed new flashcart hardly warrants a dramatic picture of the 3DS console with [HACKED] emblazoned across it.

if this makes it possible for ssb3ds to be modded like ssbb was let it come ssb mods are amazing im a modder myself.
