Gaming 3DS 2012 Lineup

Kid Icarus- Looks great and it about time nintendo made a shooter! I like the arsenal and fast paced combat that looks like a blur in most screen shots. And AR and Multiplayer is pretty win also
LvA- Looks like a good story and im curious about the gameplay.
Kingdom Hearts- Its got a good story and I like the new parkour style of fighting.
Paper Mario- Its mario? What CANT be good about it.
DQH3D- I loved the one on the DS and tryed to find its japan only squeal so its pretty cool to see them mix it up and change it from tanks to a ship.
Monster Hunter- I never played one before and I like how its got some simlarities to other games I like so im tryin it.
Rythem Thief- Im probly gonna judge this most by its reviews but it looks neat and fresh.
MGS- I. NEED. A. STEALTH. GAME.

Hum... I love Rune Factory, I just hope it doesn't take as long to arrive Europe like the others did (nearly one year after american release)... And this new one has dragons! *.*

If you're disappointed by the 3DS's current game lineup, don't fret. There are a whole ton of great games coming out in 2012!

LUIGI'S MANSION 2- Meh, I've never cared for the original and I don't see myself caring for this.


ANIMAL CROSSING- Animal Crossing is just dull, you pay off your mortgage and talk to cats and dogs.


HEROES OF RUIN- I have no idea on what to think about this. I'm not crazy on n-space so I need tosee more fo this before I can develop an opinion.


KID ICARUS: UPRISING- I'm not crazy on Ninty franchises and I haven't seen anything to make me want this.


BEYOND THE LABYRINTH- There's about jack shit about the games except some videos of cute animu girl. I can see weeaboos looking forward to this for the cute animu girl, I need to know more about the game mechanics and structure.


RESIDENT EVIL: REVELATIONS- I'm not a RE fan so I'll just give it a miss.


PAPER MARIO- No interest in this, Paper Mario isn't my thing.


TIME TRAVELERS- I understand this is mean to be an adventure game and I like my adventure games. Consider me interested in this.


TALES OF THE ABYSS 3D-​ Usually I'm critical about ports but I'll give this some lenience as the original was never released in Europe.


MARIO TENNIS- Like I said, I'm not particularly crazy over Nintendo franchises ans this is one I don't care about.


METAL GEAR SOLID 3D: SNAKE EATER- MGS HD collection sounds a damn sight better both in quality and my wallet, I much rather pay £30 for the HD collection than £30 for just MGS3.


PROFESSOR LAYTON AND THE MASK OF MIRACLE- Fuck yeah!


FANTASY LIFE- I don't know enough about this game to make a fair assessment.

RHYTHM THIEF-I don't know enough about this game to make a fair assessment.


BRAVELY DEFAULT: FLYING FAIRY- I don't know enough about this game to make a fair assessment.


TEKKEN 3D: PRIME EDITION- I just prefer getting console fighting games so me and the lads can have proper competitions with just one Triple.


RAYMAN ORIGINS- I'll just get the console version


FIRE EMBLEM- I don't like SRPGs bar Valkria Chronicles but VC is just fucking awesome and so different to your typical SRPG gameplay.


MONSTER HUNTER TRI G- I'm not a fan of MH.


THEATRHYTHM: FINAL FANTASY- Nah, I have taste.


KINGDOM HEARTS 3D: DREAM DROP DISTANCE- You would have to pay me to play Kingdom Hearts.


CRUSHED 3D- I already have the PSP version, 3DS version would need to have some fucking amazing features.


PROFESSOR LAYTON VS. ACE ATTORNEY- Fuck Yeah!


RUNE FACTORY 4- Not my cup of tea, I'm not a fan of HM and RF.


DRAGON QUEST 3DS- DQ bores me to death.


MARIO & SONIC AT THE LONDON OLYMPIC GAMES- Glorified shovelware


DYNASTY WARRIORS VS.- Dynasty Warriors are just repetitive, I'm not a fan.


LOVE PLUS 3DS (if this interests anyone...)- No ta, I prefer getting turned down by real girls.

I do like Nintendo. Heck, I program for the DS as a hobby. I'm just not thrilled about the line-up.

I like: Luigi's Mansion 2, Resident Evil: Revelations, Tekken 3D, Layon VS. Ace Attorney.

I like, but I already have it for a different console/will be getting it for a different console/is a lousy port, so why should I care?: MGS: Snake Eater, Monster Hunter Tri.

I will get it only because it has Sonic in it: Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games

Altogether, I see 4 titles, 1 of which I'm not THAT crazy for (Tekken), 1 that probably won't be ported just yet (Layton Vs. Ace Attorney), leaving me with *2* titles.

Yeah, I'm not very effin' optimistic and I don't know why you are. So-far there's maybe 4-5 titles on the 3DS altogether that I deem worthy of buying, and that just doesn't warrant buying the console just yet for me.

Maybe I have "elaborate standards" but at least I have standards and I don't drool over Nintendogs or freaking re-releases of 15 year old games.

But I won't really count the Olympic title as shovelware. The DS version Beijing olympics was really fun.

Uhm... yeah... I suppose I liked 358/2 Days on the DS... and that'd be it. I really, really like Square games and I really, really, really don't like Disney charcters in them. Forgive me the bluntness, but Kingdom Hearts would be a termendously enjoyable game... if not the Disney characters and settings. I know it sounds "weird" to cut 50% of the game out, but that'd really "fix" things for me.

I like the concept, I like the TPP perspective, I like the Keyblade combat system, I like the platforming, I like the puzzles and I like the story, but the moment I see Pete's ugly mug or hear some god awful squeak-like voices in a game I'm supposed to treat seriously, I just turn it off.

I don't put chilly on my doughnuts, I don't put Serious in my Disney Cartoons or Silly on my Serious Games.

ANIMAL CROSSING- Animal Crossing is never really my cuppa, and paying off the mortgage is AWFULLY BORING. Persuading your 'friends' not to leave is really fun though.

HEROES OF RUIN- N-Space most of the time makes great use of a portable console, this one looks promising albeit cartoon-like

KID ICARUS: UPRISING- Looks awfully difficult to control, but I shouldn't jump to conclusions. So far, not that interested.

BEYOND THE LABYRINTH- Not too hyped. I'm only hyped for the supposed girl. (just kidding) just not interested.

RESIDENT EVIL: REVELATIONS- HECK YEAH!!!!!

PAPER MARIO- At first I was interested, but nah... Looks a little too 'papery' to me, but I'll see when the game is released.

You should look at the trailers and see that the whole game is literally paper. Even the game mechanics are related to paper. Blowing paper away, snipping with scissors...
